7D Manufacturing provides CNC turning services for diverse applications in aerospace, military defense, medical, oil and gas, and general industry. We manufacture hydraulic fittings and explosive proof assemblies, radar, machine and turbine components, fasteners, fittings, spacers and everything in-between.

      We can apply close tolerances consistently down to .0001 . Featuring twenty CNC lathes, six of which are turning and milling machines, we offer all types of machining processes.  Our capabilities include cutting, turning, threading, reaming, and internal forming. We can accommodate a vast array of metals as well as Delrin, nylon, laminated plastic, brass, and more.
